2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Payments

5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
